Cutting of sheet, turning, milling, jig-boring works, cold sheet punching, heat treatment, moulding from aluminium, executing of stamps, press, transfer mold, argon-arc welding

THE BRIEF CHARACTERISTIC OF production facilities OF MACHINE-ASSEMBLING SHOP AND THE LIST OF THE WORKS OFFERED TO THE CUSTOMER:

a) The mechanical -procuring equipment allows to carry out cutting of sheet, strip, tape, stick, disk.
Thickness of sheet, strip is up to 3,5 mm, length is up to 2000 mm; a tape  thickness is up to 0,5 mm, width is up to 300 mm; diameter of stick, disk is up to 200 mm;

b) The wide range of turning works will provide the universal turning equipment with the following parameters:

• Height of the centers up to 160 mm,
  
• Length of turning is up to 500 mm,
  
• Precision of processing is up to 0,02 mm.
  

There are lathes with CNC (computer numerical control) such as "Shaublin-128", with height of the centers up to 148 mm and the maximal distance centre to centre 340 mm which allow to make details of the complex form from bar material in diameter up to 24 mm. Working precision is up to 0,01 mm.

c) Milling works are carried out on universal milling machine tools with the sizes of a table 300x500 mm which provide precision of processing up to 0,02 mm, and also on milling machine tools with CNC  such as "Micron" with rotary tables 300x600 mm.

d) Grinding works are carried out on surface-grinding machine with magnetic tables 300x500 mm. Disk-grinding and centerless grinding machine are available.

e) jig-boring, benchwork,  assembly works, and also argon-arc welding are carried out.

f) Available pressing equipment under the characteristics allows to carry out in the big range various operations of cold sheet stamping. The basic from them are: chopping, bending, drawing out, forming, perforation. Use of multiitem automatic press such as "SZ-215" is possible.

g) Thermal furnaces allow to carry out the basic kinds of heat treatment: hardening, tempering, normalization, cementation. The greatest dimensions of half-finished product and details are 300x500 mm.

h) The foundry equipment will provide injection casting from aluminium and its alloys with use of transfer molds.

i) The electrospark equipment will allow to make precision details by method of copying of a structure of the electrode - tool and by method of a cutting by wire under the set program with use of CNC.

• The sizes of processable details are 250x160x80 mm;
  
• Working precision is 0,01 mm;
  
• Surface roughness according to Ra is no more 2,5 microns.

j) Manufacturing of stamps, moulds, transfer molds, argon-arc welding under drawings of the customer is conducted.

There is argon-arc welding, we carry out development of drawings of shop auxiliaries.

We possess experience of processing difficult-to-cut material: stainless steel;  titanium and its alloys; molybdenum, tungsten, etc.

The brief characteristic and the list of the works offered to the customer by electrovacuum shop.

The qualified personnel available in shop and presence of the corresponding equipment allow to execute the following works:

a) Assembly of units with help of electrocontact welding of metal wiyh thickness up to 1 mm.

b) Performance of any measurements of parameters in the MICROWAVE - BAND.

c) Carrying out of all kinds of tests to products up to 20 kg (mechanical, climatic, etc.).

d) Maintenance of tight soldering of glass, ceramics with metal, including high-temperature glaze.

e) Air exhaust of tight volumes up to vacuum about 10-5 - 10-7 mm of mercury.

f) Performance of glass-blowing works from any glass, carrying out of calibration of a glass, manufacturing of test tubes for laboratory devices.

g) Manufacturing per sample of unique details with the help of electrospark processing.

h) Carrying out of hydrogen, vacuum, high-frequency annealing, the soldering of details and units.

i) Manufacturing of small-sized details from ceramics (including high-frequency such as ВК-94).
